At Leafaro, we understand the importance of delivering healthy, vibrant plants to your doorstep. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience if you ever receive a plant in less than perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Since live plants are perishable, returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, dead, or if you receive the wrong plant. Please note, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations. We’re here to help if there’s an issue — just let us know within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only eligible if the plant is received damaged, dead on arrival, or if an incorrect product has been delivered. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos as proof.
Non-returnable Items
Plants that are healthy and as described, or any items requested for return after 24 hours of delivery, are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for pots, soil, or other accessories unless they are defective or incorrect.
Refund or Replacement Process
